Where to go in USA in April

The cold is finally wearing off. Soon spring will set in – a pleasant weather everyone will love. Have you got any plans for April? How about going on an adventurous drive to other States? Driving lets you visit a lot of places. You also control your time and can go to different locations at once unlike when you opt to avail an organized tour package. If you haven’t decided anything yet, you may want to go for a hot spring dip or enjoy blooming flowers. After all, spring is a season for enjoying flowers.

Check out some of the places listed below. These places are considered to have been a good spot for road trips.

Coachella Valley, California.

It is a place known for its eponymous music festival but a place located in Southern California named Anza-Borrego Desert State Park turns into a beautiful place filled with blooming wildflowers during April. You shouldn’t also miss the beautiful calm Salton Sea in Slab City and burgeoning desert rock around the Queens of the Stone Age studio.

Chena Hot Springs, Alaska.

The waters here have healing and calming effects. You will be able to shake off the winter effect from your body. Furthermore, there are scenic nature flights that can be viewed from glaciers while driving back to the resort. You can also try drinking from hand-carved ice glasses at Aurora Ice Bar while waiting for a spectacular northern lights show around 10 pm to 3 am.
Antelope Valley, California. If you want to see the eye-popping view of Poppies and picture its expansive brilliant colors, you might want to go on a trail ride along Tehachapi and San Gabriel Mountains. Just always take caution, no matter how tempting the poppies seemed to be, do not attempt to frolic near them because the place is a den of rattlesnakes.

Shenandoah National Park, Virginia.

A trip to Northern Virginia’s awesome Shenandoah, National Park will make you fall in love with flowers. It has 850 species of flowers nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountain which is famous for its spectacular fall foliage. The park can either be ventured through guided hike or driving the picturesque 105-mile Skyline Drive. You can also grab a couple of drinks and food at the University of Virginia as it is near the area.

Park City, Utah.

Utah is one of the cheapest goes to places during spring. If you simply want to bask in the sun while drinking some pints of craft beer with a rooftop view, you should check out No Name Saloon and never missed to drive along Main Street.
